Job summary

Henderson James LLC is hiring a Landman for a Texas-based power and pipeline development. You will own land work from origination through closing, including title, mineral rights and ROW for pipelines and transmission.

The role targets candidates with 5+ years of Texas landman experience; West Texas/Permian Basin exposure is a plus. RPL/CPL certification is preferred. Hands-on title curative, mineral run sheets, surface use agreements and ROW acquisition are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landman experience in Texas (required).
• West Texas or Permian Basin experience is a strong plus.
• RPL or CPL certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with title curative, mineral run sheets, surface use agreements and ROW acquisition.
• Background in oil and gas, midstream pipelines, transmission or renewable energy land is welcome.

Landman – Texas (West Texas a Plus) | Power & Pipeline Infrastructure | $110K–$160K + 10–20% Bonus

Henderson James is hiring a Landman for a well-funded energy infrastructure developer building large-scale power generation and data center projects in Texas. You'll own land work from origination through closing, including title, mineral and surface ownership, and right-of-way (ROW) for pipelines and transmission. This is a great move for a Texas landman with oil and gas or midstream experience who wants to apply those skills to power and data center development.

What you'll do
