Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of in-house Landman experience, with Texas experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of land agreements, title analysis, curative requirements, and related land activities.

Aufgaben

• Support development and operations by leading land activities to ensure leases, title, and surface rights are in place to meet drilling and production schedules.
• Negotiate and administer oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, rights-of-way, farmouts, JOAs, and related agreements.
• Manage title and curative work; coordinate abstracts, title examinations, and issue resolution with counsel, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual compliance by monitoring obligations, deadlines, and commitments to protect company interests.
• Secure surface and operating rights; collaborate to acquire drill sites, easements, surface leases, and related rights for drilling and production.
