Zusammenfassung

Henderson James LLC is hiring a Landman for a Texas-based power and pipeline development. You will own land work from origination through closing, including title, mineral rights and ROW for pipelines and transmission.

The role targets candidates with 5+ years of Texas landman experience; West Texas/Permian Basin exposure is a plus. RPL/CPL certification is preferred. Hands-on title curative, mineral run sheets, surface use agreements and ROW acquisition are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of landman experience in Texas (required).
• West Texas or Permian Basin experience is a strong plus.
• RPL or CPL certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with title curative, mineral run sheets, surface use agreements and ROW acquisition.
• Background in oil and gas, midstream pipelines, transmission or renewable energy land is welcome.

Aufgaben

• Run title and curative review on project sites
• Research surface and mineral ownership
• Negotiate surface use agreements and mineral waivers
• Acquire ROW and easements for natural gas pipelines and transmission lines
• Lead landowner negotiations from first contact through closing
• Support land option and purchase agreements
