Job summary

EOG Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Landman in Denver to analyze, interpret and prepare contracts and leases, and to supervise lease brokers while managing prospect expenditures and revenue interests.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Landman experience, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for a performance-driven environment. Position level commensurate with experience, with a competitive compensation package.

• Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmin/farmouts agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements and associated support agreements.
