Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Senior Land Systems Analyst to advance next‐generation land capabilities and engage with DoW programs. You will analyze architectures, assess risks, and support acquisition efforts across programs, with emphasis on T&E, command and control, and digital engineering tooling.

You will lead independent analyses, communicate status to leadership, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust land system solutions while leveraging a flexible leave plan

Qualifications

• 11+ years of land systems experience required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with DoW land systems and Test & Evaluation (T&E).

Responsibilities

• Analyze land systems architectures and emerging capabilities.
• Engage with land acquisition programs to assess status, maturation, and risk.
• Collaborate with DoW land programs to understand plans, maturity, and schedules.
• Communicate program status, risks, and plans to leadership.
• Develop tailored engagement plans for DTE&A with programs.
