Job summary

DCS Corp in the United States is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/ESA across the full lifecycle for DoD programs, including requirements analysis, design, development, test, and fielding.

The role emphasizes system specifications, architecture, test planning, data analysis, risk management, and collaboration with government leadership to ensure compliance and deliver capabilities to the warfighter.

Qualifications

• MOSA and architectural disciplines required for DoD programs.
• Knowledge of system modeling and documentation standards.
• Experience with design reviews and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems, electrical, and/or mechanical engineering support for DoD systems.
• Coordinate engineering tasks for modifications and upgrades.
• Support customers with data analysis, modification programs, repair requirements, RM actions, and worldwide user support.
• Assist in designing, planning, execution, analysis, reporting, and documentation during test and evaluation, including FAA certifications.
• Provide engineering review of programs throughout the life cycle.
• Review and ensure all engineering-related documents are accurate and complete.
• Participate in development of system specifications and architecture products.
• Participate in test and evaluation support including planning, test conduct, and evaluation of results.
• Assist in scheduling and securing required test resources at project level.
• Provide technical evaluation of contractor proposals.
• Monitor, assess, and report on test and evaluation efforts; recommend test facility improvements.
• Support development of system and program technical plans, including review of documents, involvement in working groups, tracking risks/issues, and reviewing test plans, procedures, and data.
