Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor in Bozeman/Billings, MT to lead daily survey operations for construction layout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys. Expect to guide field crews, mentor juniors, and ensure accurate project delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires a BS/AS in Civil Engineering or equivalent, 8+ years of experience, and a Land Surveyor License. Travel to MT locations and a fulltime on-site schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in building design or construction; 12 preferred.
• Land Surveyor License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex survey work for construction stakeout and boundary surveys.
• Research historic maps, land records, and title reports.
• Prepare surveys and staking exhibits in CAD.
• Lead field crews and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality control.
