Job summary

IMEG Corp. seeks a Surveying New Graduate for the Billings, MT office to support land surveying work across stakeout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys.

This entry-level role provides hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one. You will assist with survey computations, field data review, CAD reductions, and field work under supervision, contributing to residential and land development projects while building your technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Ability to support survey computations, field data review, and CAD-based reductions.
• Familiarity with CAD, survey software, GPS and MS Office recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey duties for construction stakeout, boundary, topographic, and as built surveys.
• Assist with boundary reductions and mapping in CAD and survey software.
• Download, maintain, and verify project survey data and field notes.
• Assist with survey computations and field instructions for construction staking.
• Operate GPS equipment, total stations, levels, and data collectors as needed.
• Support CAD Technicians in preparing plans and plats.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers; observe safety procedures.
