Jobot is partnering with a well-established civil engineering and surveying firm to find a Land Survey Manager in Riverside, California. This full-time, on-site role leads the survey team, manages projects, and ensures accurate boundary and construction staking work while delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Surveying or Geomatics, a California Professional Land Surveyor license, 6+ years of experience, and fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble/Leica

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• California PLS license.
• 6+ years of land surveying experience, including project management.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software (Trimble, Leica).
• Strong knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and local regulations.
• Proven ability to manage survey crews, schedules, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey projects and supervise crews and field teams.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and client communications.
