Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior land surveyor to join our Riverside, CA team. This full-time role requires a CA PLS license, a Bachelor's in Surveying or Geomatics, and 6+ years of land surveying experience including project management.

You will lead survey crews, plan fieldwork, manage schedules and deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software (Trimble, Leica) and knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and local regs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in California.
• 6+ years of land surveying experience, including project management.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software (e.g., Trimble, Leica).
• Strong knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and local regulations.
• Proven ability to manage survey crews, schedules, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 per year
