Job summary

RICK is seeking a Principal Survey Analyst to join our Riverside office. This role involves working on landmark projects alongside industry experts, focusing on land surveying in the A/E/C industry. You will handle data collection and mapping tasks using advanced technology.

The ideal candidate must have a BA/BS in Geographic Information Systems or a related field, six years of experience, and PLS certification in California. Our generous benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, profit-sharing, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience or ten years of equivalent work experience.
• Must be a registered land surveyor (PLS) in California or able to obtain it within one year.
• Experience processing survey documents and final plats.

Responsibilities

• Engage in land surveying and mapping for A/E/C industry.
• Perform data collection tasks and create data sets.
• Determine property boundaries through records research.
