RICK ENGINEERING COMPANY is seeking a Principal Survey Analyst in Tucson, AZ to lead land surveying efforts on landmark projects with CAD/Civil 3D expertise and PLSS focus. The role emphasizes obtaining AZ RLS within a year and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will process field data, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, and coordinate with design, civil engineering, and GIS teams across project lifecycles. Competitive benefits and mentorship are highlighted.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Geographic Information Systems or BS in Land Surveying with 6+ years of experience or 10 years equivalent.
• Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in AZ or ability to obtain AZ RLS within 1 year of hire.

Mansioni

• Work with CAD (AutoCAD and Civil 3D) to create and edit surfaces, exhibits, volumes and data outputs.
• Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and Records of Survey.
• Determine PLSS parcels, rights-of-way and easements; plot results in CAD.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and field teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Interact with municipal agencies for research and map processing in AZ counties.
