Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) is seeking a Consulting Senior Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator in the Philadelphia, PA or Ewing, NJ area.

You will support Project Managers by keeping land and right of way projects moving, from due diligence to budgeting and reporting, in a global environmental consulting setting. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, strengthen client delivery, and build a foundation for long‑term growth in a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently as a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project support while balancing multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Perform due diligence activities for land and right of way projects.
• Interface with company clients as needed.
• Maintain project databases and generate performance reports.
• Create and format documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Assist with budget setup, change orders, and close-out forms in BST.
• Provide operational support including sales reporting and cadence coordination.
• Complete assignments on time following ERM's standards.
