ERM is seeking a Consulting Senior Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Ewing, New Jersey. You’ll support Project Managers and Partners by moving complex land and right‑of‑way projects forward—from due diligence and documentation to budgeting and reporting.

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality project support while balancing multiple, deadline‑driven tasks.
• Perform due diligence activities related to land and right of way projects, including easement review and landowner parcel research.
• Interface with company clients as needed and maintain project data.
• Generate periodic performance reports and manage document formatting in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.
• Assist with project budgets, change orders, and close‑out forms using BST database.
• Provide operational support to Partners and Project Managers, including cadence calls and action item tracking.
• Complete assignments on time in alignment with ERM’s quality standards.
