Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting Senior Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA or Ewing, NJ. You will support Project Managers and Partners by keeping land and right of way projects moving efficiently—from due diligence to budgeting and reporting.

You will interface with clients, maintain databases, and help prepare and format documents while assisting in budget setup and reporting. This role offers growth in a global sustainability consultancy.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently as a self-starter.
• Able to stay flexible, organized and responsive to changing priorities.
• Able to coordinate multiple project assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project support while balancing multiple, deadline-driven tasks.
• Perform due diligence activities related to land and right of way projects, including easement review and landowner parcel research.
• Interface with company clients as needed.
• Maintain project and work management databases and generate periodic performance reports.
• Create, edit, and format documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Assist Project Managers with project budget setup, change orders, and close-out forms using BST system.
• Provide operational support to Partners and Project Managers, including sales reporting and cadence call tracking.
