Job summary

Tallgrass, based in Kansas, seeks an experienced Land Services professional to manage real property rights for pipeline and facility projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of direct work experience in land acquisition and management in the energy sector may substitute for a degree.
• Knowledge of real property law, title examination standards, regulatory permitting processes, and land rights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the acquisition, maintenance, administration, and disposition of real property rights and interests.
• Support route and site selection, title examination, and land rights negotiation for pipelines and facilities.
• Coordinate third-party land agents and survey services.
• Engage in public meetings and stakeholder engagement related to land activity.
• Assist counsel in eminent domain and litigation support as needed.
• Research, secure, and process easements, leases, licenses, and permits.
• Respond to government agencies and stakeholders with timely information.
