Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a seasoned Land Manager to oversee acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of real property and rights for pipelines and facilities. You will coordinate with project teams, manage budgets, and supervise land agents and surveys across multiple sites in the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in land/real estate law, regulatory permitting, and stakeholder communications, with a minimum of five years of related experience in energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Five years of direct land acquisition/management experience in energy may substitute for a degree.
• Knowledge of land-related legal, regulatory, and title issues relevant to oil and gas infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in, coordinate, and supervise acquisition, maintenance, administration, and disposition of real property rights and interests.
• Coordinate land services with Project Management, EHS, Operations, and others for existing assets and new construction.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party land agents and civil survey services.
• Engage in public meetings and community outreach related to land activity and stakeholder engagement.
