Tallgrass is seeking an experienced land services professional in Casper, WY to manage land rights for pipelines and facilities. You will coordinate acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of real property and negotiate land rights with stakeholders.

The role requires knowledge of property law, title work, and regulatory compliance, plus experience with land-related software and audits. Strong communication and project coordination are essential for success.

• Understanding of land rights conveyance, permits, and project economics.
• Experience with land-related software and regulatory processes.

• Lead acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of real property rights for pipelines and facilities.
• Coordinate route/site selection, title examination, and land rights negotiations.
• Supervise third-party land agents and survey services.
• Engage in public meetings and stakeholder outreach on land activities.
• Support litigation efforts and eminent domain coordination as needed.
