Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a Vice President Environmental & Land Management to oversee land, right-of-way, and environmental programs supporting operating assets. You will lead the teams, set strategic direction, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, deep energy sector experience, and the ability to manage complex property rights and environmental initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar Corporate Development role in the energy sector, may substitute for degree.
• Proficient MS Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead land and environmental operations; set goals, monitor performance and ensure objectives are met.
• Oversee land rights acquisitions, easements, leaseholds, permits, and related legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and land management regulations and promote regulatory compliance.
• Engage stakeholders including landowners, regulatory agencies, and community groups to communicate initiatives.
