10+ years of experience in land planning, land development, or a related consulting environment.
Strong track record managing private development projects through governmental review and approval.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with public agencies.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple private-sector land development projects from initial planning through entitlement and approval.
Lead the preparation and coordination of concept plans, subdivision plans, site development plans, and master plans.
Interpret zoning regulations, subdivision requirements, and site development standards.
Coordinate directly with county and municipal planning departments and other reviewing agencies.
Respond to agency comments and guide projects through revisions, hearings, and approvals.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage schedules, budgets, and client communication.
Attend client meetings, agency meetings, and public hearings as needed.
Support proposals, client relationship management, and business development.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning and design staff.
