You will collaborate with office leadership, manage multi-disciplinary teams, grow the client base, and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, and SWPPP from concept to completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of local land development/site/civil experience.
• Professional Engineering license (PE).
• Site/civil experience across multiple project types and scales.
• Strong client development and management abilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Experience in technical and proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail; good multitasking and judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for public and private clients.
• Work with office leadership to develop growth plans and staff utilization.
• Develop new clients for the firm and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Lead site/civil efforts on various project sites from concept through completion.
• Lead storm water management design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
• Integrate geotechnical and environmental engineering into projects.
• Perform other duties as requested.
