Qualifications

• Licensed professional with 10+ years of land planning and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Maryland entitlement process (Prince George’s & Montgomery County preferred).
• Demonstrated team and project leadership experience.
• Expertise in site design, grading, and drainage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and related tools.
