Job summary

Intersect is seeking a Land Operations Manager to build and scale the Asset Land Management function. You will own lease administration, complex payment calculations, and relationships with landowners, guiding the portfolio from development through operations.

You’ll establish SOPs, hire and mentor a team, and work with Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and value realization across our clean energy and data center portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Energy Management, or related field is required.
• 6-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, land management, or lease administration within energy infrastructure is expected.
• Experience administering a large portfolio of utility-scale land leases and calculating wind royalties is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily lease administration across utility-scale assets, including invoicing and obligation tracking.
• Implement, configure, and maintain land management systems and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding of land agreements from Development into Asset Management and manage transitions to operations rent.
