The role emphasizes coaching, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration with Landmen and other stakeholders to deliver reliable information for operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Ten years of land or oil & gas experience preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prioritize daily Land Tech work and meet deadlines.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee contract, lease data, and ownership calculations in land systems.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and ensure compliance with policies.
