Job summary

EcoVolt USA is seeking an experienced Senior Land Operations & Title Analyst to join the Land Department. This senior role partners with the VP of Land to support land positions for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, handling land operations, title, curative, due diligence, contract administration, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in land, title or real estate for renewable energy projects.
• Experience reviewing deeds, leases, easements and other real property agreements.
• Strong understanding of title commitments and title curative.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master land status, parcel-level information, acreage and ownership/site-control.
• Maintain options, leases, purchase agreements, easements, amendments, recording information and related land records.
• Review deeds, title commitments, title reports, ownership reports and legal descriptions with VP of Land.
• Identify and track title, ownership, easement, access, mineral and other real-property issues.
• Coordinate field curative through outside landmen and confirm execution and recording.
• Maintain landowner contact information and ownership changes.
• Prepare weekly Land Department status reports and project risk reporting.
