Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer to lead planning, design and execution of complex land development and infrastructure projects in Central Texas. This role targets a licensed professional (or soon to be) who thrives in collaboration and client relationships.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and liaise with public and private clients while ensuring quality, schedules, and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of civil design experience in land development and municipal infrastructure.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office; familiarity with MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering methods to moderately complex assignments.
• Manage planning and design of multiple land development projects.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across stages.
• Participate in client design meetings and foster client relationships.
• Perform and coordinate field activities such as construction services support and site reviews.
• Oversee project deliverables, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals for contracts.
• Collaborate with senior staff to grow client relationships and business development efforts.
