Job summary

Bohler's Bowie, MD office seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee land development projects from concept to completion. You will balance design quality with client satisfaction and financial performance, while guiding internal teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will lead design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting efforts, serving as the primary client contact and presenting at meetings as needed. A PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Lead internal teams and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at hearings and client meetings; support business development.
