Zusammenfassung

STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our Mid-Atlantic Land Development team. You will lead land development and site civil projects from concept through design, permitting, bidding, and construction closeout.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality; serve as primary client contact; mentor staff and coordinate with subconsultants; review plans for technical accuracy and quality; and support proposals and fee estimates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in MD, DC, or VA or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• 15+ years of progressive land development engineering and project management experience.
• Experience managing staff and delivering projects in public and private sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland permitting processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead land development and site civil projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and control scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate and mentor project staff and subconsultants.
• Review plans and specifications for technical accuracy and quality.
• Lead meetings and manage presentation/approval processes with agencies.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support BD.
• Provide engineering direction on site design, grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting.
• Lead community engagement or outreach as required.
• Manage project financials including invoicing, profitability, and cash flow.
