The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in land development engineering and strong skills in project management. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license in MD, DC, or VA is required. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering.
• Strong understanding of local permitting processes in Maryland and Washington, DC.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
