Job summary

McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, invites a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects in Fayetteville, AR. The role focuses on site design for buildings, recreation, drainage, and related works, with emphasis on schedule, budget adherence, and client coordination.

The candidate should have 5+ years as a PM, PE/PS licensure in Arkansas, and strong command of land development processes and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Professional Engineer or Professional Landscape Architect license in the State of Arkansas.
• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven understanding of land development processes.

Responsibilities

• Planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of various projects.
• Resolve escalated issues with coordination across departments.
• Maintain progress and coordination to maximize benefits and minimize costs.
• Develop construction documents for site development using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
