Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture (Strongly Preferred).
• 5 years of related experience required.
• Strong communication, writing, technical and analytical skills.
• PE Licensure in Arkansas (required).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support throughout project design and construction.
• Assist with grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway design.
• Review plans, calculations, and technical analyses for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and regulatory agencies during construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote consistent engineering practices.
