Job summary

McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, seeks a Land Development Project Designer in Fayetteville, AR. The role involves design of site development projects such as buildings, trails, and drainage, applying civil engineering and landscape architecture concepts.

Responsibilities include creating construction documents with AutoCAD Civil 3D, coordinating with the project team, reviewing plan comments, and assisting engineers and landscape architects while ensuring code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Regulatory knowledge and site development understanding.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents for site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with project team to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review plan comments from QC and city reviews.
• Assist engineers and landscape architects in technical specifications.
• Prepare communications, applications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with municipal codes and zoning requirements.
• Lead meetings with clients when needed.
