McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a Land Development Project Designer to contribute to site design for civil and landscape projects. You will prepare construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D and coordinate with the project team to deliver on time and budget.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture with knowledge of zoning, drainage, and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Knowledge of site planning and land development principles.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents for site development using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with project team to meet schedule and budget.
• Review plan comments from QC and city reviews.
• Assist engineers and landscape architects in technical specs and reports.
• Prepare applications and written communications; attend meetings.
