The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and at least 2 years of qualifying civil engineering design experience, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 2+ years of qualifying civil engineering design experience.
• Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of site planning and land development.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in engineering and landscape architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents for site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with the project team to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Complete plan review comments from internal quality control and city review processes.
• Assist Project Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Project Managers with technical specifications.
• Prepare written communications, applications, and reports.
• Review and implement codes to ensure project compliance.
• Lead meetings with internal and external clients when needed.
