Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed PE in Georgia or able to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 4 years land development experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make significant decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans, specifications, stormwater modeling and construction contract documents for land development projects.
• Coordinate with staff, clients and governmental agencies.
• Lead project execution and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
