Job summary

Halff is a full-service infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Land Development practice in Atlanta, GA. You will lead projects from inception to completion, supervise engineers, and drive technical excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in land development, a Georgia P.E. license, and a proven track record of project leadership across urban and suburban sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent.
• P.E. license in Georgia required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive land development experience including residential planning, design, and construction.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and win project work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of land development projects from feasibility through construction.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure quality execution.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with municipalities, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff across multiple offices.
