Job summary

Galloway & Company Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive complex, multi-site land development projects from due diligence through permitting and execution. You will partner with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and navigate development challenges to ensure project success and growth for the firm.

You will mentor emerging talent, help shape practice strategy, and engage in business development while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-impact communities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of land development and entitlement processes, including experience with Florida jurisdictions.
• Experience with retail store project developments and program roll-out management.
• Capable of leading presentations to government agencies and neighborhood groups.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Experience collaborating with and leading a team of design professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience negotiating contracts and defining scope of work for various project types.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site program oversight and management.
• Prepare contracts and track changes in scope for amendments.
• Coordinate with subconsultants to obtain proposals; manage contracts, deliverables, and schedules.
• Conduct site development due diligence and assist with site plans and design activities.
• Lead entitlement and permitting processes for developers, owners, and end users.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for timely completion.
• Identify development constraints and advise clients accordingly.
• Act as liaison between government agencies and clients; represent client interests.
