Job summary

Galloway & Company, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive complex, multi-site land development projects from due diligence through permitting and execution. You will partner with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and navigate development challenges while mentoring emerging talent.

You will grow the business, lead BD efforts, and contribute to shaping the practice's continued success across projects in Florida and beyond. A collaborative, growth-focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in land development and entitlements, preferably in Florida.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site land development projects.
• Experience negotiating contracts and defining scope of work for various project types.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site program oversight and management.
• Prepare contracts and track changes in scope for amendments.
• Coordinate with subconsultants to obtain proposals and manage contracts, deliverables and schedules.
• Conduct site development due diligence and assist with conceptual site plans.
• Lead entitlement and permitting processes for developers and owners.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Identify development constraints and advise clients accordingly.
• Act as liaison between government agencies and clients; represent client interests.
• Maintain project tracking tools for effective communication.
• Navigate critical steps during planning and design to secure permits.
• Lead and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams for project execution.
• Engage in business development and provide exceptional client services.
