Job summary

Galloway & Company, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive complex land development programs from due diligence through permitting and execution in Florida. You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and subconsultants, and guide projects to successful outcomes while expanding business development.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of land development and entitlement processes, including Florida jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Multi-site program oversight and management.
Prepare contracts and track changes in scope for amendments as needed.
Coordinate with subconsultants to obtain proposals, manage contracts, deliverables, and schedules.
Lead site development due diligence research including Site Investigation Reports and narratives.
Oversee entitlement and permitting processes for diverse land development projects.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
