Job summary

Galloway & Company LLC is hiring a Senior Civil Project Manager to guide complex civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This client-facing role blends hands-on management, cross-discipline coordination, and new-business development.

You will lead multiple projects, ensure budgets and timelines, and collaborate with clients, agencies, and consultants to deliver excellence with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• PMP certification preferred; PE license in Florida desirable.
• 15+ years in AEC or project management with client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple civil projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate design, permitting, and construction activities.
• Manage budgets, timelines and quality across projects.
• Develop proposals, contracts, and client relations.
