Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team as a Project Manager. The role focuses on leading projects, managing internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• PE license is required or obtainable within 6 months.
• 5+ years of land development or civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities.
