Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. You will lead land development projects, manage internal teams, and serve as a trusted partner to clients.

This role offers long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

  • PE license or EIT required.
  • 4+ years of land development/civil engineering experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, teams, and client relationships.
  • Strong site design, grading, drainage, and utilities knowledge.
  • Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as primary contact for client relationships and communication.
  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
  • Coordinate across civil, surveying, planning, environmental, and other disciplines.
  • Mentor junior engineers and staff; ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
  • Support business development and identify new opportunities.
