Qualifications

• PE or EIT licensure required.
• 4+ years in land development or civil engineering.
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong site design, grading, drainage, and utilities knowledge.
• Budgeting, proposals, and project financials experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact and relationship manager.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scopes.
• Coordinate across civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
