Job summary

gpac seeks an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join its Land Development team as a Project Manager. Lead projects, manage internal teams, and serve as a trusted client partner.

This role offers long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative consulting environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in land development, strong design knowledge, budgeting skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 5–10+ years of land development / civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.

Responsibilities
