Job summary

LVI Associates in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PE) to lead land development projects from concept to completion. You will balance client relationships, project delivery, and mentoring junior staff while guiding growth of the Houston operation.

This role offers influence within a growing team and the chance to work on commercial, residential, and industrial land development projects with a true seller/doer approach, and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of land development experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects for private sector clients.
• Lead project teams and mentor engineers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Houston team and market presence.
