Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a subsidiary of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Land Development Manager in Herndon, VA.

You will oversee the entire land development planning process for assigned communities, including organizing, budgeting and monitoring various phases to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or Construction Management and at least 10 years of land development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred.
• At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience overseeing land development planning processes, budgeting and monitoring for multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire land development planning process for assigned communities.
• Organize, budget and monitor phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting Company standards and objectives.
