K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Development Manager in the United States to oversee the entire land development planning process for all assigned communities, including organizing, budgeting and monitoring of phases to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree from four-year College or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred. At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
