• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred.
• At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Oversee the entire land development planning process for all assigned communities, including organizing, budgeting and monitoring of phases to maintain efficient operations and meet company standards.
