Job summary

At least 5years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be fluid in the Request For Proposals (RFP’s) process to vendor/professional pool, negotiate, award and execute contracts. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. K.
