Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC seeks a Land Development Manager to lead all phases of land development for assigned communities, including organizing, budgeting and monitoring progress to meet company standards.

You will oversee planning processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient operations from concept through completion while aligning with strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred.
• At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire land development planning process for all assigned communities, including organizing, budgeting and monitoring of various phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting company standards and objectives.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree from four-year College or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred. At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
